1. Project Information Collection
We collect personal details such as your name and project preferences strictly to understand your
renovation requirements and scope, ensuring our design team is fully prepared for your initial
consultation.
2. Site Survey & Measurement Data
Architectural measurements, photographs, and structural observations of your property are gathered solely
for the purpose of creating accurate design layouts and construction documents.
3. Design Drawings & Intellectual Property
All custom floor plans, 3D renderings, and design concepts created by Smart Remodel Planner remain the exclusive
intellectual property of our firm until the final project balance is settled in full.
4. Contractor & Subcontractor Confidentiality
All third-party tradespeople and artisans involved in your renovation are bound by strict Non-Disclosure
Agreements, ensuring the specific details of your custom design are never shared externally.
5. Material & Vendor Disclosures
Specific vendor relationships, proprietary material sources, and custom fabric details are kept
confidential to protect the bespoke, one-of-a-kind nature of your luxury interior design.
6. Construction Site Photography
Images captured during the renovation process are used exclusively for internal project documentation,
quality control, and contractor reference, unless explicit written consent for marketing is provided.
7. Financial & Budget Records
We securely store project budgets, material cost breakdowns, and payment histories to facilitate smooth
milestone billing, tax compliance, and accurate material procurement for your design.
8. Third-Party Supplier Sharing
Only the absolute minimum necessary project details—such as room dimensions or finish codes—are shared
with material suppliers to fulfill direct orders, never the full client brief or lifestyle data.
9. Data Retention After Completion
All renovation records, design files, and warranty documents are securely archived for ten years
post-completion to support any future structural warranty claims or maintenance reference.
10. Client Confidentiality & NDA
We treat every client's lifestyle, daily routine, and privacy with the utmost respect; personal habits
reflected in the design (such as safe room locations or security layouts) are never disclosed.
11. Marketing & Portfolio Use
No finished residential project, interior detail, or exterior facade is ever published in our portfolio,
website, or social media marketing materials without your explicit, written consent.
12. Policy Updates & Client Notification
Any modifications to our design or construction privacy practices will be communicated in writing to all
active clients, ensuring full transparency regarding how their project data is managed.
